Mr. Hari Kishore, a graduate in Biotechnology from Sathyabama University and holder of an M.Sc. in Applied Biotechnology from McGill University, has built a distinguished career in sales and marketing of medical devices. His expertise spans India, Southeast Asia, MENA, and Western Europe, where he has excelled in redefining product promotion strategies, enhancing sales effectiveness, and establishing strategic partnerships. Before co-founding Regenxgen, he served as Director – International Operations and board member of a leading medical device manufacturer in Chennai. His career reflects a blend of technical proficiency and strategic leadership in global markets. 

 Dr. Vanita, a licensed dentist from Mumbai with an M.Sc. in Dental Sciences from McGill University and a Post Graduate Certificate in Clinical Trial Management from NUS-PAREXEL, Singapore (2017), brings over a decade of expertise in clinical dentistry, clinical research, and quality & regulatory affairs. Her career spans leadership roles in tissue regeneration-based medical devices and consumer healthcare products for global markets. Previously, she served as Director – Quality and Regulatory Affairs and as a Board Member of a Chennai-based medical device manufacturing company. Dr. Vanita is also an active member of the Indian Dental Association (IDA).
