                          SCARXGEN™ should be only applied as soon as the wound is fully closed and healed. There should be no exudates or fluids weeping from the wound or scabs present, it should be used only in the intact skin. It is strictly not recommended to be used over sutures, staples or open wounds. 

                        SCARXGEN™ silicone gel sheet if daily used the silicone gel sheet last up to 22 to 25 times per piece. And the shelf-life period of SCARXGEN™ is three years from the date of manufacturing 

                     SCARXGEN™ should be used until the scar flattens and fade away. Total treatment is 3 months it may vary depending on factors including your genetics, age, race, and type of scar, more time may be required.  

                   It is strictly advised not to use any other ointments or oils while using SCARXGEN™ silicone gel sheet because it makes the SCARXGEN™ to lose its adhesiveness and effectiveness. 

                   No, SCARXGEN™ should not be used while bathing or exercising because it affects the adhesiveness of the silicone gel sheet and also shortens its life.   

                  After the usage of the SCARXGEN™, wash the sheet with mild soap and dab it gently with a lint-free cloth and keep the silicone sheet in the release liner and store it in the given pouch and save it inside the product box for after application. 

                      Yes, For Small scars, Cut SCARXGEN™ fit the scar size, with a minimum of 1 cm overlap over the surrounding intact skin. And store the rest of the silicone gel sheet in the pouch and keep it in the product box for later use.  

                      No, SCARXGEN™ should not be used on skin with a rash, irritated skin, or skin with cracked/open areas.  

                    During the application or handling of the SCARXGEN™, if the adhesive side sticks to itself, do not panic show it under the stream of flowing tap water and carefully unentangle it.  

                     No, the SCARXGEN™ is used only for the application of old and newly formed hypertrophic scars and keloid scars that are raised.
